Our community
Odisha Puja Committee is a social, cultural and philanthropic community platform serving Odias in and around Bengaluru since 1994.


OPC’s members and volunteers have built a trusted platform for cultural celebrations, social initiatives and humanitarian support. Contributions and donations from the community help sustain these activities.
The committee inspires young people to participate in service, preserve Odia heritage and support people in need with care, dignity and respect.
Mission
To design and implement a collaborative support system by people from Odisha, helping those in need across health, education, food, spiritual, cultural and other critical areas.

A continuing tradition
The Mahostava began as a small gathering for Odias living in Bengaluru.
It grew into one of the key annual celebrations for Odia and non-Odia audiences in the city.
Closed-group observances and online cultural programs kept the tradition active.
The presentation records a footfall of more than 19,000 people.
